This kit is the Petit'gguy Justi'gguy, released as part of the Build Divers Re:Rise series. It probably should have come out under the Petit'gguy line, but it follows the numbering of the Build Divers HG lineup. Basically, it takes the existing Petit'gguy molded in light gray, with the weapons from the Gundam Justice Knight — the kit that inspired its concept — SD-ified and added in.

So the core characteristics are the same as the existing Petit'gguy, with decent articulation and plenty of cuteness to go around. And unlike other Petit'gguy kits, the addition of a cape and weapons makes for some more impactful poses. Either way, the color scheme comes out close enough to the HG Gundam Justice Knight that displaying the two together as a set just feels right. :-)
