This kit is the 1/35 Zaku Head (Black Tri-Stars Color Ver.), released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's based on the mass-production Zaku II Head from the 1/35 UCHG Ramba Ral Guerrilla Set released as a standard retail kit back in 2006, reworked into the Black Tri-Stars configuration. The setup with the added head antenna is the same as the one found in the Club G release Mobile Suit Gundam 35th Gundam & Char's Zaku Head (Premium Ver.)— specifically the Char's Zaku Head included in that set.

The head antenna design has been updated with a newly sculpted hook-shaped version, while everything else remains the same as before. It still feels closer to a military model kit than a Gunpla in terms of parts layout and assembly, and even with glue the durability is a bit iffy. That said, the precise detail is where this kit really shines, and it makes for a pretty impressive display piece. On top of that, the rock stand from the Mobile Suit Gundam 35th Gundam & Char's Zaku Head (Premium Ver.) is included, so you can set up a combined display with the HGUC Zaku II Black Tri-Stars as well.

All in all, the real significance of this kit is simply that the 1/35 Zaku Head model now exists in a Black Tri-Stars version. If you're a Zaku fan who loves the Black Tri-Stars color scheme, this one's definitely worth building. :-)
