This kit is the HGUC Qubeley Funnel Effect Set, released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's primarily effect parts designed for the HGUC Qubeley [Revive], but it can equally be applied to the HGUC Qubeley Mk-II Puru Two custom unit and Elpeo Puru custom unit also released through Club G.

So, as recommended in the review photos above, you'll need to glue one of the segments — the one just before it connects to the rear skirt — to get a stable display like the one shown. On top of that, a clear simple stand is also included, along with improved joint parts that let you hold the body more securely.

As long as you glue down those few connector segments, you can pull off a really flashy and impressive display, and personally I think this is an accessory kit with pretty great visual impact for the price. It's a solid set of effect parts I'd recommend to anyone who owns the HGUC Qubeley. :-)
