This kit is the HG Chinyagguy, released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's a character from Gundam Build Fighters, HG Chinagguyand is essentially the Chinagguy reworked into a cat form. The head mask and hands have been changed to cat-shaped ones, the boots swapped out for regular shoes, the pants replaced with a skirt, and a cat tail has been added. With all the changes to the head, sleeves, hands, skirt, shoes, and tail, she's been reborn as a whole new cat girl. She's at least a fair bit cuter than the Fumina series, in my opinion.
