It's a variation kit based on the HGUC Woundwort, and the core body skeleton is nearly identical to the Hazel II right down to the molded colors — with a whole bunch of additional armor parts added on top of that.

First off, a long, large attitude-control binder has been added to the front of the body, and with the addition of large shield-shaped shoulder units and a sizable head unit, the silhouette ends up looking very different from the Hazel II. Because of those big shoulder units, the joints connecting the shoulders have been swapped out for a larger, longer type, and the shields that came with the Hazel II have been increased to two, allowing them to be mounted on both arms.

Since the core body is the same as the existing Woundwort / Hazel II, it shares that same quirky proportions and articulation characteristics. The unusual design makes it hard to pull off dynamic poses, but joint strength is decent enough that there are no stability issues. Like those kits, this one seems to be more about its unique visuals and transformation gimmick than articulation.

The transformation process is different from the existing Woundwort / Hazel II — you combine the shields, shoulders, and head unit to form a round UFO shape. Personally, this is my favorite Mobile Armor form among the AOZ transforming kits. Since the Kehaar itself is a unit based on the Asshimar, its Mobile Armor also ends up as a disc shape like the Asshimar — though it feels rounder and more stylish. The stability after transformation is also quite good, making it a more enjoyable transformation than the Woundwort or Hazel II.

Overall, it's a clean-quality HGUC kit that shows off the unique personality that AOZ is known for. The fact that they achieved such a different-feeling kit using the same body as the Woundwort / Hazel II just by adding different weapons and armor is impressive — if you're an AOZ fan, this one's pretty hard to pass up. :-)
