Based on the HGCE Dagger L released as a standard retail kit, it swaps out some of the exterior armor and weapons. The Strike Dagger is essentially the GM of Gundam SEED — a mass-production unit — and it didn't get a proper HG release until 2022. Up until now, the only option was the no-grade 1/144 Strike Daggerfrom 2004, so yeah, this thing has been seriously neglected. T_T

Compared to the HGCE Dagger L, the head, shoulders, upper body, side skirts, and weapons have all been replaced with newly sculpted parts, and the original Dagger's design is cleanly and faithfully reproduced from head to toe. The rest of the structural features are identical to the HGCE Dagger L, and it still delivers excellent articulation and solid joint strength. As an added bonus, a parachute pack is included, which can be attached by removing the backpack cover and beam saber mount.
