This kit is the HG Ortlinde, released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's a mobile suit from season 2 of "Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans Urdr-Hunt," and it's based on the HG Grimgerdethat was released as a standard kit back in 2016. Only the Valkyria Frame skeleton is reused — all the exterior armor and weapons are brand-new sculpts.
Probably because it shares the same Valkyria Frame, it sports a medieval knight-style design just like the Grimgerde. The cross section on the left shoulder is handled through color separation rather than a sticker, giving it a clean look, and sticker usage is kept to a minimum overall. It also shows off the excellent articulation you'd expect from an Iron-Blooded HG kit, though since many of the joints don't use polycaps, the movement feels a little stiff. On the flip side, everything feels nice and tight, giving you solid pose stability.
The Valkyria Double Blade — the only weapon included — comes with both the connected form and the separated dual-sword form provided separately. The shield binder on the left shoulder can rotate and deploy at various angles, and you can use these weapons and gimmicks to pull off some really dynamic poses. That said, the hip joints and a few other joints have a tendency to pop out during posing. They do stay put once you push them back in firmly, but depending on the angle you move them, they can come loose again, so just keep that in mind.
Overall, this is a clean, well-made HG kit. In particular, unlike some Iron-Blooded HG kits that had shaky joint stability, this one shows solid joint strength across the board. Either way, if you're into that medieval knight-style mecha aesthetic, this seems like a kit worth grabbing without much hesitation. :-)
