This kit is the MG Zeta Gundam Type 3 P2 [Red Zeta], released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. Along with the Gray Zeta, it's a unit that appears in OVA Gundam Evolve 9, and it's still based on the MG Zeta Gundam 2.0. Compared to the Gray version, even more of the exterior has been changed, with 80% of the armor parts featuring new sculpts.

The overall silhouette has been remodeled to look sharper and more intricate, giving it a fresher feel than the Gray Zeta. Like the Gray, a large number of seals are applied all over the body, which really adds to the visual impact. The new weapon is a beam pistol, and the existing shield has been completely redesigned in the same spiky style. On top of that, the original MG Zeta weapons and stand are also included.

The transformation process into Waverider mode is still almost identical to the MG Zeta 2.0. With the wing deployment gimmick removed and the shield being a bit shorter, it does feel slightly more compact overall.
