This kit is the MG Qubeley Damned, released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's the mecha from Gundam Build Divers, MG Qubeleyand is based on that kit. Quite a few parts have been changed, giving it a bigger and more voluminous overall silhouette.
First off, compared to the original Qubeley, the waist is longer and heels have been added, making it noticeably taller. The forearms and hands are roughly twice as large, giving it an even more massive silhouette. The Qubeley was already pretty wide and voluminous to begin with, but with the added height and bulk, it's become an absolutely enormous kit. (Which also means it takes up a ton of shelf space.)
Design-wise, the head, front skirt, rear skirt, forearms, hands, waist, and feet have all been redesigned — and beyond just the size, the overall design feels like it's been reworked to look more imposing. The general structure is pretty much the same as the original MG Qubeley, so the articulation and joint strength are solid enough. The forearms being bigger and heavier does mean the elbows tend to pop out more easily, but the main joints like the shoulder binders and legs are sturdy, so standing it up and posing it isn't really a problem.
As you'd expect from a Build series kit, this is a prime example of taking an existing mobile suit and giving it a modern remodel. The Qubeley was already a big, imposing machine, and now that it's even taller, it's got an absolutely overwhelming presence. The base kit itself is from 2001, so it does feel a bit dated in places, but the number of updated parts goes a long way toward offsetting that. Either way, if you're into big, chunky kits or you're a fan of the Qubeley design, this is definitely one worth recommending. :-)
