This kit is the MG Jegan Type-D, released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. Based on the standard release MG Jegan, the molded colors have been changed and various parts have been revised. The basic weapon loadout and hand configurations remain the same as before.

The revised sculpting covers the sides of the head, shoulders, backpack, forearms, front skirt, and the rear ankle armor. Quite a few new parts have been added, but aside from the shoulders and backpack, the changes aren't dramatic enough to be immediately obvious at a glance. The rest of the main frame is unchanged from the original, so it delivers the same excellent articulation and joint strength — though the exterior detail still feels a bit plain overall, just like before.

While the changes may not be super noticeable compared to the number of revised parts, it's still significant that the Unicorn version of the Jegan has gotten the MG treatment. Being based on a 2018 MG, the overall quality is solid and clean, so if you're a fan of Jegan-type suits, this seems like a kit well worth picking up. :-)
