Internal frame
A new upper body frame has been added that wasn't in the standard version.
The upper leg frame parts have been changed, but
it's really just an articulation improvement — the sculpt itself is pretty much the same.
The weapon loadout itself is the same as before.
The beam rifle has been completely redesigned with an all-new sculpt.
The hands have been changed to swappable fingers like on the MG Re-GZ Custom,
and they lock in solidly to the grip hole on the newly sculpted rifle.
Shield interior detail
The beam saber storage gimmick in the backpack is carried over as-is.
The B.W.S. transformation parts are identical as well.
The grenade launcher gimmicks.
The forearm has been replaced with a new sculpt, and the gimmicks are reproduced just the same.

The included B.W.S. is identical to the original kit.

The basic bend articulation on the arms and legs is pretty much the same as before.
The shoulders have become noticeably more flexible.
A waist joint has also been added — something that wasn't there before.

The hip joints have been upgraded to rotate horizontally, which makes posing a whole lot easier.

The transformation process and structure are the same as before.
Underside
Alongside the MG Re-GZ Custom that came out as a Club G release.
The designs are quite different, but a good number of the improved parts were reused from the Re-GZ Custom.

At first glance it might look like just a molded color change, but quite a few things have been changed here and there.
First off, the forearms and hands have been completely replaced.
The head has also been redesigned with a new sculpt — the face and head that used to look a bit wide and flat have become more compact.
The upper body has also received a new sculpt from the frame all the way to the outer armor,
with the overall detail getting a sharper, more crisp upgrade.
The previously fixed waist and neck have been improved to be poseable.
The shoulder joints have also been improved, with a new joint that allows for a much greater upward range of motion.
The old-style poseable hand has been swapped out for the newer swappable finger type.
The thigh and hip frame used to be one solid piece,
but it's been upgraded so they're now separate and can rotate independently.
The beam rifle has also been changed to a new sculpt (bottom),
and while the design is pretty much the same, the detail has gotten a sharper, crisper look.
