This kit is the PG Armed Armor VN/BS, released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's a weapons kit designed to be used with the standard retail release of the PG Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee NornThe sculpting and gimmicks are excellent and well up to PG standards.

The Armed Armor BS does a great job of recreating the expand/fold gimmick for Unicorn/Destroy Mode. The Armed Armor VN's claw has far more articulated sections than what you'd find on the RG or MG versions, and the tip features gold plated parts. Both pieces attach by removing the front and back armor from the existing PG Banshee's arms and mounting them in their place — though you will also need to swap the Banshee Norn-style backpack over to the standard configuration at the same time.

So as a weapons kit that lets you turn the standard retail PG Banshee (which comes in Norn configuration) into the original Banshee, it delivers solid quality all around. If you already own the PG Banshee Norn, this seems like a fun little kit that's easy to put together. :-)
