This kit is the PG Gundam Exia Clear Color Body, released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. It's designed to swap out the exterior armor of the PG Gundam Exia— the standard retail release — with clear color parts, letting you show off the inner frame in a beautifully translucent finish.
Swapping over to the clear armor goes pretty smoothly overall, taking around 2 hours or so. You do need to be careful not to crack the hard clear parts though. That said, it's noticeably easier compared to the previously released PG Trans-Am Raiser Clear Color Body. In my case, I was lucky enough to get through the whole swap without breaking a single part.
Once the swap is done, you can see right through to the inner frame, and that gorgeous translucent look really comes through nicely. Combined with the PG's impressively large size, it has a real commanding presence — and when you switch on the LED unit, it looks even more stunning. That said, the clear armor doesn't dramatically change the LED lighting effect itself, so I'd say don't expect too much of a synergy between the clear finish and the light-up effect.
All in all, this is a clear color body kit that's easy to swap and looks great when done — if you already own the PG Gundam Exia, this seems like a pretty worthwhile addition. :-)
