This kit is the RG Gundam Exia Repair IV, released as a Club G (Premium Bandai) online exclusive. Following the previous Club G releases of the RG Gundam Exia Repair Parts Set, RG Gundam Exia Repair II, RG Gundam Exia Repair III , we've now gotten all the way to the fourth unit. Using the existing RG Gundam Exia+ Repair III runners as a base, a whopping 9 new tooling runners have been added.

Lore-wise, this is apparently the personal unit of Graham Aker, who became a new Gundam Meister after the ELS invasion — as depicted in the reading live performed at "Gundam 00 Festival 10 Re:vision," the 10th anniversary event for "Mobile Suit Gundam 00," which covered events after the theatrical film "Mobile Suit Gundam 00: A Wakening of the Trailblazer." Either way, the base quality is solid and the design looks great, so if the style appeals to you or you're a fan of the Exia series, this is definitely a kit worth recommending. :-)
