This kit is the 1/144 Heavy Metal L-Gaim Set 2, released as a Premium Bandai online exclusive. Just like the 1/144 Heavy Metal L-Gaim Set 1released alongside it, it's a reissue bundle of 4 old-school 1/144 L-Gaim kits — specifically the 1/144 Vablude, Graia, Nouvelle Dyzad, and Spirit bundled together.

This kit is also significant in that it lets you revisit old-school L-Gaim kits after 40 years. That said, it's a typical vintage kit through and through — limited articulation, plain molded colors, and assembly that's 100% glue-based. Of the four kits, the Spirit is a transport aircraft, and it does come with an arm for the 1/144 L-Gaim — but since the 1/144 L-Gaim wasn't reissued, I used the similar 1/144 Dyzad [White] for some collab shots in this review. The Spirit actually packs quite a few moving parts and gimmicks, letting you open the nose section and fold or move the wings, binders, barrels, and more. Notably, quite a few metal shafts are used throughout, from the stand pole all the way to the hinge sections.

So aside from the Spirit, these are pretty bare-bones old-school kits with not much to dig into — and there's really not much reason for newer fans to pick these up. But for old-school fans who remember L-Gaim, this feels like a nostalgic trip down memory lane that's worth taking at least once. :-)
