In 2005, a camouflage version of the EX Dopp Fighter was released as a Cara Hobby exclusive. It's the same style of limited edition as the previously released MG Ground Type Gundam camouflage 9-piece set — a pre-painted limited release where the entire runners come painted in camouflage.

The camouflage paint quality is excellent, so even a straight build gives you a ton of satisfaction. The entire runners are done up in camouflage, but the cockpit area would've looked a bit off with camo on it — so they were thoughtful enough to package the cockpit parts separately, removed from the runner. Nice touch.

The basic kit features are the same as the normal EX Dopp Fighter, but this one shows its own worth as a premium painted limited edition. There's not much else to explain — the photos really say it all. :-)
