This kit is the RG MSN-04ff Sazabi, released as a Fukuoka Side-F exclusive. It's based on the previously released standard RG Sazabiwith the addition of the double horn funnels, beam parts, and more. The main body uses the same sculpt as the standard RG Sazabi, except for some backpack parts modified to accommodate the double horn funnel attachment.

That said, the red molded color has been changed to a slightly brighter shade, and instead of the six fin funnels, two massive double horn funnels are mounted on the backpack. The backpack mounting points are sturdy enough relative to the size and weight, so holding them in place isn't an issue at all. However, you do need to be more mindful of the center of gravity to get it standing upright, and in particular the backpack's locking pins feel a bit precarious and could potentially snap. In short, while the connection itself holds fine, the weight means the joint between the funnel container and the backpack could get damaged, so be careful when posing. (By the time I finished the review, the locking pins had already started to stress-whiten on me.. T_T)

The double horn funnels can be detached, then the handles deployed so you can have the kit hold them in both hands. The grip is better than expected and the arm joints are solid, so you can pull off some stable action poses. You can also display the double horn funnels individually or combined, with the rear deployment gimmick open in launch mode, and you can attach the large beam parts too. Of the two beam parts, the pink one is for the RG RX-93ff Nu Gundamreleased as a Side-F exclusive, specifically for its long-range fin funnels. On top of that, a clear stand is included as a bonus, which you can use to display either the main body or the double horn funnels.

So while the sculpt and functionality of the new double horn funnels are pretty impressive, you do need to watch out for durability when mounting them on the backpack. People have been poking fun at the distinctive double horn funnels, calling them a hair straightener or nicknaming it the "Lobster Sazabi," but either way, this limited release is significant for the sheer amount of new sculpting added to it. :-)
