This kit is the Ultraman Decker Flash Type released in the Figure-rise Standard series. He's the Ultraman from the 2022 series Ultraman Decker, and the kit aims for color separation with minimal stickers. The complex combination of blue, red, and silver is pulled off really well through high-quality parts separation.
The overall feel is very similar to the previous releases, Ultraman Zero and Trigger Multi Type — it's got the same solid articulation, stable joint strength, impressive color separation, and smooth assembly experience. The accessories include the Ultra Dual Sword and Selgend Ray effect parts, and the effect parts are nicely done in a textured PET material that gives them a great sense of depth. On top of that, you get six different hand parts and two-color swappable Color Timers for both the head and chest.
The one downside is the gate mark issue. Due to the nature of the silver parts, the spots where you cut the gates tend to look noticeably darker, which really stands out. No matter how carefully you clean them up, you just can't get around the color difference at the cut points — so if that bothers you, your only options are to touch them up with a bright silver marker or just paint over them entirely. Also, the shoulder articulation is a bit awkward due to the joint structure, though after moving them around a few times you get the hang of it and can get them into the poses you want well enough.
All in all, this kit is meaningful just for the fact that the latest Ultraman Decker has been made into a plastic model. If you're a fan of the Ultraman series or just dig the look, this seems like a pretty enjoyable action figure model kit. :-)
