This kit is the Ultraman Suit Evil Tiga Action released in the Figurerise Standard series. Like the other Action series kits, it's a version of the original Figurerise Ultraman Suit Evil Tiga with an articulated waist joint added. With the plated finish gone, the price has dropped from ¥4800 down to ¥3200.

Aside from the removal of the exterior plated finish and the addition of the waist joint, the solid limb articulation/joint strength and accessories are all the same as before. The original solid waist part that fits the LED unit is also included. The newly articulated waist is definitely an improvement over the original, but if you bend it too far, the hollow interior gets exposed and things start to look a bit off — so taking that into account, it doesn't feel like quite as big an improvement as you'd hope. If anything, the bigger plus might just be that dropping the plated finish brings the price down to something more reasonable.

Either way, it's a pretty straightforward Action version, but it's nice that it gives you more options to choose from. If you prefer the solid, weighty color over the plated finish, this is a perfectly decent kit that's easy to enjoy. :-)
