Kit Review

This kit is the Kamen Rider Zero-one Rising Hopper released in the Figure-rise Standard series. He's the Rider from the first Reiwa Rider series that kicked off in 2019, and he sports some seriously flashy detail and color combinations. Compared to the EG Kamen Rider Zero-onethat came out in 2020, the appearance has been greatly improved.
The main joints use the same parts as previous kits, so articulation and joint strength are still solid and reliable. The eye-catching fluorescent yellow parts and finely divided components pull off a complex color scheme nicely. That said, a lot of the smaller design colors and details are reproduced with a hefty amount of stickers — so you'll need to set aside just as much time for sticker work as for the actual assembly.
Accessories include the Progrise Key that stores in the belt, and a weapon called the Attache Calibur. By swapping parts, the Attache Calibur can be configured in either Attache Mode or Blade Mode. You can also plug the Progrise Key — removed from the belt — into the back of the Attache Calibur, and as a bonus, a clear Action Base 6 is included as well.
All in all, this is a well-executed, up-to-date Kamen Rider kit. The heavy sticker workload might be a turn-off for some, but the overall build quality is solid and dependable. If you enjoyed Kamen Rider Zero-one or just love the look, this is definitely a kit worth going for. :-)
