Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta has been released in the Figurerise Standard line. It's based on the endlessly recycled Goku lower body, and also reuses runners from the previously released Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Vegito kit. That said, the Super Saiyan 4-style ape body and the stylish head still manage to give it a somewhat fresh feel.

Since the base frame is the same as the existing Goku, there's nothing particularly new in terms of articulation — it still delivers the same solid, reliable movement and joint strength we've come to expect. The standout feature this time is the spherical Big Bang Kamehameha effect part. That said, opinions are pretty divided on the ape-like body unique to Super Saiyan 4 as seen in Dragon Ball GT...

Anyway, it's not the freshest kit out there — just a new look and some effect parts — but the real value is in seeing all these different Dragon Ball characters getting the kit treatment like this. :-)
