This kit is the Gundam Base limited HGUC Varguil (Gundam Head & Psycho Plate Equipped Type). It's basically the standard HGUC Moon Gundamwith changed molded colors. There are no new sculpts — it's a straight-up color variant, and it's been changed to the same coloring as the HGUC Varguilreleased through Club G.

So all the accessories, stand configuration, and articulation characteristics are identical to the Moon Gundam. It still shows off great sculpt quality and solid articulation/joint strength. That said, to reproduce the updated color scheme, a number of duplicate runners are included — which means quite a few leftover parts end up on your hands, and the price comes in at ¥4,000, which is ¥800 more than the HGUC Moon Gundam.

The kit name makes it sound like something new has been added, but when you get down to it, it's really just the Moon Gundam's full contents recolored in Varguil colors. It's a solid kit with good base quality and style, so if the color scheme is your thing, it's definitely worth recommending. :-)
