It's a kit that pulls out just the gunbarrels from the EG Gunbarrel Strike Gundam [Gundam Breaker Version] that was included in the Gundam Breaker 4 Collector's Edition back in 2024 — sold separately this time around. Unlike the gunbarrels that came with the HG 105 Dagger + Gunbarrelback in 2004, this is a brand-new sculpt for 2024.

The sculpt, molding details, and gimmicks are pretty much the same, though the overall size feels slightly larger. At a glance, they're similar enough that you'd almost have trouble telling them apart — but you can spot the quality difference in things like the color separation on the rear verniers and the clear canopy parts used instead of seals.

As for the gimmicks, the gunbarrel deployment is done via a removable system, and the nozzle section attaches separately. You can detach the gatling and add a handle to use it as a standalone weapon, and the nose folds up to mount onto an MS — same as before. It's a weapon that pairs especially well with Strike-based units, and it's compatible with the HGCE Strike/Dagger L and the EG Strike Gundam. Using the included joint parts, you can also mount it on kits with two backpack holes, like the HGUC/EG First Gundam.

So overall, it's a nice accessory kit that works great with 1/144 Strike-series kits.
