This is the HG Brady Phantom, released as the 14th kit in the Kyoukai Senki series. HG Brady HoundAs the 3rd variation based on the HG Brady Hound, quite a few newly sculpted parts have been added compared to the other kits — the head, chest, and shoulder designs have been changed, with stabilizers added to the back and multi-gauntlets added to both arms.

The rest of the basic structure is the same as the HG Brady Hound, with relatively standard articulation but solid joint strength. The newly added stabilizers move up and down along a rail and can open and close, and the multi-gauntlet claws can also be deployed or stowed away.

With so many newly added parts, this kit has quite a different silhouette and posing feel compared to the original Brady Hound. It's a solid kit in terms of base quality, so if you like the look of it, it seems well worth picking up even if you're not familiar with the source material. :-)
