This kit is the HG MAILeS Byakuchi (Drill & Claw Arm) released as part of the Kyoukai Senki series. It's based on the previously released HG MAILeS Byakuchiwith new forearms added to the lineup — a Drill Arm on the right and a Claw Arm on the left.

The newly added Drill & Claw Arms show clean part separation and sculpting on par with HG standards, and the Claw Arm comes with a gimmick that lets the claw deploy. The thicker forearms do narrow the elbow bend angle a bit, but the joint strength is solid enough to hold up the large new weapons without any issues. Most of the parts needed to build a normal Byakuchi are also included, though the 60mm portable machine gun has been left out.

So it's a variation kit with clean overall quality and newly added armaments. The base kit was already great to begin with, so if the look appeals to you, this seems like a kit that's well worth having fun with. :-)
