This kit is the Kyoukai Senki HG Setsuro, released as a Premium Bandai online exclusive. It's based on the HG Jou Houndreleased as a standard retail kit. Along with the molded colors, the shoulder, skirt, and feet designs have all been changed.

The basic frame is identical to the original kit, so it still delivers excellent articulation and joint strength. The winch unit added to the shoulders can move up and down to a decent degree, and you can recreate an ejection scene using the lead wire. The rear skirt also gets a mount rack added along with a magazine, letting you store weapons in two different ways.

Thanks to quite a few newly sculpted parts, this turned out to be a pretty worthwhile variation kit. If you like the look of it, it's a fun build with no worries about quality — definitely worth picking up. :-)
