This kit is the Nazca Class space destroyer, released as No. 8 in the Mecha Collection Yamato 2199 series. Following the previously released Lascos Class/Kurulucan Classthis is another Gatlantis warship released with a similar concept. It's a ship that was also released in 1/1000 scale, and gives off a bigger, more imposing feel.

Basically it's a single-color kit in light green, but the upper deck is handled with a large sticker to recreate the base color scheme. As you'd expect, it's a small kit that boasts excellent proportions and detail, and it's personally one of my favorite Yamato warship designs. And since this kit has no moving parts either, all you really need to do in this review is take a good look at the overall silhouette and details.

As you can see, all sorts of Gatlantis warships are being released in the Mecha Collection lineup. It seems like a set item that would look even better displayed alongside the Lascos Class / Kurulucan Class space destroyers. :-)
