I was a bit worried about how well all those sails would hold in place, but once built, nothing wobbles or falls off — everything stays put nicely. The 8 net structures on either side also hold their positions reasonably well. The cannons on the front and sides of the deck can't rotate horizontally, but the barrels do move up and down. The screws on the sides can be built with or without them, your choice.

As with previous kits, a wave effect parts piece and a dedicated stand with pegs are included, and when placing it on the wave effect parts, you can selectively combine the screw sections — a nice touch.
