This kit is the Grand Ship Collection - Thousand Sunny 15th Aniv. Ver., re-released to commemorate the 15th anniversary of One Piece. It came out around the same time as the regular large-scale Thousand Sunny, and it's essentially a color variant of the existing Grand Ship Collection Thousand Sunny with updated molded colors.

As befitting an anniversary edition, the whole thing is molded in a gloss injection style with a pearlescent finish, and the colors are noticeably brighter, giving it a really vibrant look once assembled. The gloss injection material is on the harder side, so cleaning up gate marks is a bit of a pain, but it definitely has a premium feel that sets it apart from the normal edition ^^ (The sticker work grind is still very much there, though~)

Since it's an anniversary edition, it also comes with a clear plate printed with character artwork, making it a perfect display kit. Even if it is a color variant, it clearly has more going for it than the normal edition, so if you're a One Piece fan, this is definitely one you don't want to miss :-)
