This is the 1/72 X-wing Starfighter Red5 from Star Wars Episode 9 - The Rise of Skywalker. It's structurally identical to the previously released Episode 4 version of the X-wing, with the only new addition being a single newly sculpted pilot Rey figure. And perhaps out of guilt for the cash-in, they did include two display stands.

So all the features are exactly the same as the original X-wing, with the only real difference being that the droid socket is left empty since there's no droid in this version. The seals included are the same Episode 4 seals carried over as-is — which means the canopy seals are the wrong color, so the manual tells you not to apply them at all. On top of that, lore-wise you're only supposed to apply about 80% of the Episode 4 seals anyway. Even for a lazy cash-in, they really should have at least printed new seals.

It's definitely a lazy cash-in kit with a real lack of effort, but the sculpt is still great and the overall quality holds up. Either way, if you're a Rey fan or really enjoyed Episode 9, this is still a pretty meaningful variation to have. :-)
