This kit is the HGUC GM II Desert Color Ver. released as a Club G exclusive, paired together with the GM III Desert Color Ver. As you can see, it uses a coloring concept identical to the 0083 GM Kai Ground Type and Zaku F2 Federation Forces Ver. — the body and feet are changed to navy, while the body armor is changed to desert color.

Unlike the GM III Desert Color Ver., which had runner changes on several parts to achieve the color combination, the GM II Desert Color Ver. only had runner modifications on the neck part. There are fewer areas involved, but it's still a welcome effort that you don't often see in limited releases, so credit where credit's due. ^^;

On the flip side, the GM II has a sleeker design than the GM III and better articulation, so action poses come out looking more natural. The newer polycaps are used as well, so the joint strength is solid — it's one of those quintessential HGUC kits that's small but a blast to play around with.

Either way, this is a great limited release for GM fans to add to their collection, and I'm always happy to welcome this kind of mass-production color variant limited kit. :-)
