As you can see, it's a color variant with an enhanced armament configuration done up in a white and blue combo that gives it a bright, fresh feel — though at its core, it shares the same body as the Delta Plus.

It's a bit much to call it just a color variant, since quite a lot has been changed — roughly 40% of the parts are new, and the large shield, proto fin funnels, and side skirts do give it a fairly fresh feel. The main body is nearly identical to the Delta Plus, so the overall articulation, joint strength, and transformation process are all the same — though the wings and shield are bigger now, so they do tend to pop off more easily during posing or transformation.

The transformation process into Waverider mode isn't particularly different, but thanks to the upgraded armaments — the large shield, proto fin funnels, and elaborate side skirts — it becomes an incredibly large and striking Waverider.
