Following the Black Tri-Stars and Shin Matsunaga versions, J.Ridden's High Mobility Zaku has finally been released as an HGUC kit. It's a unit with some subtle differences from the standard High Mobility type — the leg design is different, and the shoulder antenna has been changed to yellow. The lovely crimson molded color combined with the well-executed color separation on the yellow antenna makes this a pretty satisfying kit even as a straight build. :-)

The leg articulation has gotten a little worse due to the even thicker leg sections, but... since this kit is more about looking cool than articulation, it doesn't really matter all that much. Also, the Giant Bazooka — which didn't seem to be included when it was first announced — has been added to the package. It's not new parts; it's the same one that came with the old HGUC Dom. Because of this, the box art at the time of the initial announcement showed it holding a regular bazooka, but the final released product's box art was changed to feature the Giant Bazooka.
