The HGUC Domtropen Sand Brown — you could call it the desert warfare color variant of the HGUC Domtropen — has been released as a variation. Basically the molded color is the only change, with the structure remaining identical. That said, it does include an extra rifle, magazine, and 4 Schuzrum Fausts, which gives it a nice sense of being well-armed, and a resin-type fixed left hand and a 3-nozzle vernier inside the rear skirt have been added as well. (The price has gone up 100 yen accordingly.)

Sure, the articulation and structural features are completely identical to the previous Domtropen, but the feel of the mobile suit is quite different thanks to the change in coloring. The standard purple Domtropen already had pretty nice molded colors, but the sand brown somehow feels even better. Maybe it's the molded color combined with the flashier weapons loadout, but it really does seem to bring out more dynamism in action poses.
