This kit is the HGUC Z Gundam Clear Color Ver. sold as a 2010 Gunpla Expo limited edition. There was actually a clear version released previously to commemorate the theatrical premiere, but unlike that fully transparent theater exclusive, this Gunpla Expo version uses a milky clear finish that's slightly translucent rather than fully see-through.

As you'd expect from a clear version, cleaning up the gates is a bit trickier and the joints tend to run stiffer — probably because the material is harder, so the joints feel pretty stiff and you really have to put some force into transforming it. On the plus side, compared to the fully transparent clear version, the panel lines show up much better, which gives it a nice sense of volume.

This is really a kit where you just check out how it looks in photos, and it's a decent enough limited edition that looks pretty nice — though since a clear version has already been released before, it does feel a little less fresh. ^^;
