Following the clear Mk-II from the Zeta theatrical film Part 1, the Hyaku-Shiki Clear Version was released as a limited edition to commemorate the theatrical release of Zeta Part 2, "Lovers." True to its nature as a mobile suit based in yellow rather than the typical Gundam white, this clear version has a much stronger presence compared to the washed-out look of most Gundam clear kits.

Yellow clear kits are pretty rare, so this one has a really unique feel to it. Like other plated/clear versions, the joints are a bit stiffer than the normal release. That said, being an early HGUC kit, the articulation isn't great, so action poses are pretty much the same either way...;;

Still, its uniqueness makes it stand out quite a bit — it's a solid clear kit. :-)
