This kit is the Full Color Coating version released as a Gunpla Expo 2010 limited edition.
A similar kit was released back in 2005 as a Chara Hobby limited edition (see review), which at the time was the HGUC First + Trailer combo in Extra Finish.
This kit is based on the HG 30th Anniversary Gundam, and the difference is that it uses a gloss coating instead.

The overall coating quality on the HG First is excellent — it's not a bright, heavily reflective coating, but rather a deep, dark finish with a subtle sheen to it. It has more gloss than Extra Finish, which you'd call a semi-gloss coating, but it's not the kind of coating that reflects light all over the place like chrome plating either. It's a bit of an in-between finish, but it really does look great.

The EX Trailer Truck, compared to the standard coating version, has an overall color change, and the coating itself has a semi-gloss feel closer to Extra Finish — but when displayed together with the HG First Full Color Coating version, the whole setup looks incredibly striking.

Since this is a kit where you can just check the coating quality from the photos, there's not a whole lot more to say — but looking at the coating quality and the rarity of it, this seems like a pretty worthwhile limited edition. :-)
