A unique reimagining of One Year War MS — the Waff has joined the HG Origin lineup. Just from the looks alone you can tell it's a Zaku-type unit, and sure enough, the internal frame skeleton is straight-up reused from the HG Origin Zaku.

Overall build quality is clean and up to the standard of modern HGs, with smooth assembly, excellent articulation, and solid joint strength. Despite the somewhat bulky design, the ankles are surprisingly flexible, which gives it great ground contact when posing — that's a real plus. On top of that, the shoulders and elbows also deliver top-tier articulation, making this a kit that's genuinely fun to pose.

The included weapons — bazooka, shield, and Heat Hawk — all have their storage functions nicely reproduced, and the swappable forearms are also cross-compatible with those from the HG Prototype Gouf and Mobile Worker.

All in all, this is a clean, high-quality kit that's hard to find fault with — if you like the look of it, you can dive in without any worries and just enjoy the build. :-)
