The waist can bend forward nearly 90 degrees in particular, so you can even pull off a deep kneeling pose with the body fully hunched over. That makes it easy to naturally recreate all kinds of poses with the Guardian Shield out front.

You can also remove the forearm structure and attach a separate handle and beam parts to use it as a beam dagger, and the head visor moves up and down. Overall the build quality is excellent, but one downside is that the hand parts don't grip the shield very securely.
