Following the GM Guard Custom, the GM Intercept Custom has been released as part of the HG Origin series. The basic body construction is the same, but it's a kit with different molded colors and some armor changes. It comes in a soft, hazy color combo of mustard yellow and light lavender.

As an HG Origin-series GM, it still delivers excellent articulation and joint strength, showing off great quality both in dynamic poses and stability. It's a bit of a shame that there aren't many accessories — you only get two weapons, the spray gun and beam saber — but it's still a lot of fun to pose around.

So it's a kit where really only the look has changed with little else that's new, but the base quality is so solid that it seems like a great HG kit anyone can enjoy. :-)
