The name might make it sound like a successor to the Gundam Lfrith, but aside from inheriting the GUND Format, the two suits share no resemblance whatsoever. If anything, its proportions are closer to the Gustav Karl from the Universal Century.

First off, the chunky proportions are rendered with a nice sense of volume and depth, and the excellent color separation makes for a solid straight build right out of the box. Articulation is decent and the joints feel sturdy, though the toe sections don't hold their position well and tend to lift slightly off the ground fairly often. The shoulders can also struggle to stay horizontal when holding the heavy weapons, but pushing the shoulder joints a bit further inward seems to lock them in properly.

For weapons, you get a beam gatling gun and two beam sabers — the sabers store inside the shield mounted on the beam gatling gun. On the back, there are movable phased array cannons that can be deployed. The weapons have a unique and powerful look that suits the chunky body really well.

Overall, this is a solid HG kit of decent quality. There are a few things to watch out for, but nothing too serious. Either way, it's a kit worth recommending — especially for fans of The Witch from Mercury, or anyone who's into bulky, high-volume mecha designs. :-)
