All the clear parts are painted by color.
The paint quality is upper-mid level — a step above what a beginner painter would do?

All the markings are pre-printed so you won't need to apply decals at all.
There are no separate decals included, which might be a bit of a headache for anyone who wants to repaint it..

The gold badge on the chest is also painted.

The rubber joint parts are also nicely painted right on the runners.

The 2 leg parts — probably because painting the rubber joints on them was too tricky —
have been painted after being separated from the runner and are packaged separately.
