The Bloody Deathsaurer has been released as part of the D-Style Zoids series. It's basically 100% the same kit as the previously released Deathsaurer — same contents, same runners — just a simple color variant with the molded colors swapped out for a deep red scheme. ^^;

Since the contents are identical, the characteristics are the same too — it's a cute little Zoids kit with a ferocious feel, and it's got a decent amount of fun articulation to play around with. That said, just like the original, the legs tend to pop off during posing, but if you carefully re-seat them at the right angle they hold pretty well, so it's not a huge deal. ^^ They really only come loose when you're moving them around...

Kotobukiya usually throws in a bonus or two with their color variants... so putting out a kit that's 100% just a different color was a bit of a letdown. That said, the kit itself is cute and solid enough on its own merits, so if you're a Zoids or D-Style fan, it's definitely worth building at least once. :-)
