This kit is the Type 32 Model 1 Remodeling Kou-Rai, released as the 46th kit in the Frame Arms lineup. The frame from the original Kou-Rai — one of the earlier releases — has been swapped out for the new Architect frame, and additional armor and weapons have been added to the shoulders and legs. The original Kou-Rai armor is still included, so you can also build it in the original configuration.

For starters, the color has shifted to a brighter tone, giving it a noticeably different feel. Thanks to the new Architect frame, it shows improved articulation and joint strength. On the visual side, armor has been added to the shoulders and shins, the knee armor and backpack barrel have been redesigned, and the chest, front of the head, and hand armor have all been updated as well. The newly added wet electromagnetic accelerator cannon locks firmly onto the forearm using additional fixing parts, so it stays nice and secure. All in all, the improved frame makes for more dynamic and stable posing, and the extra armor and weapons give it a much fuller, more voluminous look.
