Kit Review

This kit is the Gullzwerg, released as part of the Frame Arms series. It's based on the Frame Arms Kobold from 2011, but around 60% of the parts are new, which gives it quite a different feel overall. As a side note, this kit was released as Frame Arms No. 55, but the previously released Magatsuki Futen already holds that number — it should've been No. 56, so it looks like there was an accidental duplicate numbering. -.-
The biggest feature of the Gullzwerg is that you can rearrange the parts to build three different configurations. Besides the standard Gullzwerg, you can also reconfigure it into the Bizal and the Gullzwerg Custom. It's a bit of a hassle to disassemble and reassemble everything, but it really captures that LEGO-like creativity that Frame Arms is known for.
Since the base skeleton uses the newer Architect frame, joint strength is solid enough. That said, the knee range of motion feels a bit limited due to the armor layout, and articulation overall is pretty average. As for weapons, only one Slack Cannon is included, so dynamic weapon poses are pretty much off the table.
All in all, this is a reasonably well-put-together variation kit with more than half of its parts being new, and if you enjoy mecha that can be reconfigured into multiple forms, this should be a fun one to build. :-)
