This kit is the Stylet XF-3 Plus released as part of the Frame Arms Girl series. It's essentially the existing Frame Arms Girl Stylet XF-3 with just one decoration-free head added to the lineup. As a result, it retails for ¥5800 — ¥300 more than before — and every other molded color and included part is completely identical to the original.
The newly added plain head isn't a completely new sculpt; it's a recycled runner from Frame Arms Girl Innocentia. The original kit's head is included of course, along with the normal Stylet head parts as well, so every other feature is exactly the same as the Stylet XF-3. It's still a kit with solid articulation and joint strength, and there's plenty of fun to be had posing it with all the various weapons.
That said, since this is essentially just the original kit with one extra head tossed in, there really isn't much new ground to cover here. If they were going to slap the "Plus" name on it, it would've been nice to see a bit more thrown in — it does feel a little lacking in that regard. It's probably best to think of it as a reprint of the Stylet XF-3 with one bonus part added. :-)
