Kit Review
Straight build
Straight build
This kit is the Architect released as part of the Frame Arms Girl Hand Scale line. The overall concept is the same as the previous releases — it feels like a straight-up miniaturized version of the Frame Arms Girl Architect. It's a teeny-tiny kit made up of incredibly small parts.
This kit offers solid articulation and sturdy joint strength as a baseline, with excellent pose-holding ability. The Architect's signature impact knuckle also attaches to the forearm securely via a C-shaped bracket, making for stable posing.
Every time I build one of these Hand Scale kits, I'm reminded just how minimal they are — smaller than a single finger. The parts are absolutely tiny, to the point where anyone with aging eyesight simply won't be able to build it without reading glasses. (It makes RG parts look gigantic by comparison.) On the flip side, it's honestly impressive how they managed to design and mold parts this small. Either way, the quality is more than decent, and as long as you can overlook the price feeling a little steep for the size, it's a fun kit to enjoy. :-)
