This kit is the Zelfikal/NE, released as the 4th Frame Arms Special Edition. The base body is built on the Baselard, with the separately sold Extended Arms 02 included, plus newly designed weapons based on the weapon runners from the Vulture Kai — making this quite the special version.

It uses the Baselard as its base body, but the heavier molded colors give it a noticeably different feel. On top of that, all sorts of weapons hanging all over the body give it a refined, powerful visual impression.

The weapons include the Prototype Photon Launcher and the Siege Barrier System — "siege barrier" literally meaning an offensive-natured defensive shield. The Siege Barrier System can also be used in its deployed state by connecting the included wire, at which point the various covers open up and it transforms into a more aggressive configuration.

The waist and leg joints in particular aren't strong enough to support the bulky body, so striking poses isn't easy — at best, the joint strength is just about enough to keep it standing still in a static display pose.

It's a Special Edition that stays true to Frame Arms' tradition (...) of great style paired with weak joints — if you love the look, it seems like a kit worth displaying prominently with some proper joint reinforcement. :-)
