Only 3 runners were added/changed for Redria.
The remaining 90% is a mix of runners carried over from previous releases.
Kotobukiya's specialty is molding the same runners in multiple colors to accommodate the changed color combinations.
The downside is that you end up with a ton of leftover parts, and the kit price goes up too... T_T
Just like the previous releases, you get one face part with
3 interchangeable eye options.
The skin-tone parts are also provided in several different shades.
