This kit is the Bicorn, released as part of the Gigantic Arms series. It was released in 2019 as a Gigantic Arms Lucifer's Wingreworked version of the Unicorn form that came with that kit — now featuring a heavier molded color scheme, plus newly sculpted parts for the two horns (Bicorn).
